Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log water from my Apple Watch?

Open WristFlow on your watch and tap either the 250ml or 500ml button. You can also tap "Custom" to choose a different amount.

How do I add the complication to my watch face?

Long-press your watch face, tap Edit, swipe to the complications page, tap a slot, and select WristFlow from the list.

Can I change the cup sizes?

Yes. Open the iPhone app, go to Settings, and change the small cup and large cup values. The new sizes will sync to your watch automatically.

Does WristFlow work without an iPhone?

The watch app works independently for logging water. The iPhone app is used for setup, history, and settings.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in Apple Health on your device. WristFlow has no server or cloud storage. Your data stays on your device.

How do I delete a log entry?

On the Today screen, swipe left on any log entry and tap Delete. This removes it from both the app and Apple Health.

How do I stop notifications?

Open the iPhone app, go to Settings, and toggle off "Hydration reminders". You can also adjust the interval and quiet hours.
